WELCOME

Welcome - I’m so glad you’re here.

I love hearing people’s stories. So often, the experiences we carry shape patterns that once helped us get by, but now leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. With the right support, those same patterns can become powerful starting points for healing and growth.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, offering a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space. My approach is collaborative—we’ll move at your pace, explore what matters most to you, and shape therapy around your unique needs. Together, we’ll build a relationship rooted in trust, compassion, and curiosity.

Drawing from a trauma-informed lens, I use gentle challenges, humor, and care to help you process emotions, build resilience, and gain clarity. I also bring specialized training in maternal mental health and betrayal trauma, offering thoughtful support that’s attuned to your lived experience.

Reaching out can feel vulnerable, but it’s also a courageous act of self-trust. If you’re feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationships, therapy can offer a place to reconnect, reimagine, and reclaim your sense of direction. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to begin. I’m here to meet you there.

PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS

WOMEN'S ISSUES

I’m deeply passionate about supporting women as they navigate the many roles, expectations, and transitions that shape their lives. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relational stress, identity shifts, or the quiet exhaustion that comes from always holding it all together, you don’t have to carry it alone. I offer a space where your experiences are honored and your voice matters—whether we’re exploring the impact of early relationships, the weight of emotional labor, or the complexities of motherhood, career, or self-worth. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself, on your terms.

COMPLEX TRAUMA

Pervasive physical, emotional or sexual trauma and neglect can have widespread ripple effects on your adult life. You find yourself dissociating, and feeling shameful or unworthy. You may be anxious or avoidant in relationships. Therapeutic interventions that are trauma-focused help you process and repair, allowing you to regain control.

PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH

Life during pregnancy and following the birth if your child can be physically and mentally overwhelming. 1 in 5 women suffer perinatal mental health disorders, and that number increases further if you have a medically complicated pregnancy or a child in the NICU. It can be a dark time; I can

help alleviate distress through

professional support.
